Revamped...

There is a boy. 13 of age, full of energy and in search of adventure. He also writes a blog.

One day, as he was scrolling through his blog, looking at the posts he had made, he remarked to himself, 'You know, there are so many more fanciful blogs than mine, why don't I liven up my blog?'

And so he set to work; he loves photography and he has a decent camera; so he added his favourite photos into his blog. He also did a few other things to make his blog brighter and more interesting.

I'm talking about me, I think y'all would have realised that by now... right?

But my blog's background continues to be black. I've been thinking about changing the colour of my blog background, but the same thought always comes back to me - with a black background, the more important things would stand out...

Enjoy! =D

Happy Belated Teacher's Day

3 days ago... it was Teacher's Day.
2 days ago... I found out that a day ago, it was Teacher's Day.

Dear Diary - 17/5/09

Today, I woke up and went to church. I listened to the sermon and then, instead of helping the Children's Sunday School (I am off duty this month), I attended the Teen's Sunday School. There we learned how to manage our money in a godly way.

After class was over, I went back to the Std 1 classroom (the Sunday School class that I help) where I received a few gifts:

A card and a fridge magnet;

A cookie from Famous Amos;

A rose from the Children's Ministry leaders. (Every teacher/helper got one).

The gift of knowledge that Teacher's Day exists.

Kind of weird though, that I'd never took special note of this Day. Oh well, the fridge magnet is now stuck on the fridge (it doesn't get any more creative). I gave the rose to my mom for being my homeschool teacher. I shared the Famous Amos cookie with my brother and I kept the knowledge with myself.

Signing off, dear Diary.

Kevin.

Happy Belated Teacher's Day to any teacher reading this post!
